Iza Strehar
Iza Strehar (1992) graduated from Ljubljana’s Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television with a BA in dramaturgy and a Master's in scriptwriting. She has scripted several documentaries and short feature films. She won the Vesna Award for Best Screenplay for her fictional feature debut Prasica, slabšalni izraz za žensko (Bitch, a Derogatory Term for a Woman by Tijana Zinajić). The script for the upcoming feature fictional film Poslednji heroj was co-written by Iza and its director Žiga Virc, the film is due for release in November 2023. In addition to film and television, Iza also works for various theatres as a playwright.

Agron Domi
Agron Domi is founder of Tirana Film Institute and Albania Film Commission, also founder and director of Tirana International Film Festival. He works as distributor of European films in Albania and is member of the European Film Academy. He co-founded FASADA Studio as the first publicity, graphic design and video production company in Albania in 1998. Producer of feature, short & documentary films (Willow by Milcho Manchevski, for example), TV commercials, etc.

Luis Fulvio Baglivi
Luis Fulvio Baglivi (1977) lives in Rome. He is a collaborator of Cineteca Nazionale of the Fondazione CSC and an author of Fuori Orario cose (mai) viste, a 33-year-old TV program, entirely dedicated to cinema, on Italian national channel RAI 3. Over the years he arranged retrospectives and homages to several directors, wrote three books on film, dedicated to Frederick Wiseman, Raffaele Andreassi and Carmelo Bene. He’s author of short film, CODA (2014), Il futuro di Era (The Future of Hera, 2016), ’77 No Commercial Use (2017), Apocalypsever – Franco Maresco and La Casa è di chi l’abita – Porta Pia Occupata (2020) presented at film festivals in Europe and South America.

Petja Labović
Petja Labović (born in Maribor in 1993) graduated from Ljubljana's Academy of Theatre, Radio, Film and Television and obtained a Master's degree in stage acting. Since 2017 has been a permanent member of the Slovene National Theatre SNG Maribor, where he has been one of the most active ensemble members. He has appeared in several Slovenian feature films and series. His work has been presented at numerous national and international festivals, where he received the following awards; Collective Acting Award for the whole cast in Zborovanje ptic (The Conference of the Birds, Festival MESS, Sarajevo), Best Young Actor Award for the role of Martin von Essenbeck, in the Twilight of the Gods (Festival Teatar na raskršću, Niš), Best Male Actor Award for the role of Garcin in No Exit (FIST Beograd), Vesna Award for Best Male Actor for the role of Anton in the film Jezdeca (Riders, FSF). As a mentor, he worked for two seasons with the Glej Theatre and the Moment Society on their platform Študentteater.

Jelena Maksimović
Jelena Maksimović je diplomirala iz filmske montaže na Fakulteti za dramske umetnosti v Beogradu. Od leta 2015 poučuje na Fakulteti za medije in komunikacije v Beogradu, Oddelek za digitalne umetnosti. Kot urednica je sodelovala pri filmih, kot so: The Load (2018), You Have the Night (2018), Celts (2021) in Landscapes of Resistance (2021), ki so bili prikazani v Cannesu, Benetkah, na Berlinalu, v Locarnu, Rotterdamu, Torontu in drugje. Režirala je dva kratka in dva celovečerna filma: Taurunum Boy (2018) in Homelands (Domovine, 2020), ki sta bila premierno prikazana na Cinéma du Réel oz. FID Marseille. Poleg filma deluje na področju video umetnosti, prostorskih instalacij in gledaliških predstav.

Milan Šimánek
Milan Šimánek was born in Cheb but earned his Master’s Degree in Classical Archaeology and History at Masaryk University in Brno where he decided to settle down. Since 2012, he has been working at the Kino Art arthouse where he’s gone through all possible positions – from projection to programming. Also since 2012, he’s been a part of the production and programming team of the International Short Film Festival BRNO16. He became the director of Kino Art in 2017. He likes films (any and all) and also enjoys reading, playing old video games, and walking his dog pack.

Kaja Čop (KRC Hrastnik)
A creative, as well as a programme coordinator and film programme manager who has been working in the field of culture and the arts for almost two decades. Her life is imbued with a love for film, and as a passionate connoisseur of cinema, she always responds to the call of art. She believes that film role models are our guideposts through the maze of emotions and the human soul. Her work at Liffe is more than just a role – it's an opportunity to discover the art that inspires us and present awards to filmmakers who created magical moments on the big screen.

Gregor Janežič (Kulturni dom Cerknica)
Has been involved in film culture for over ten years. He works as event coordinator and film curator for the Cerknica Cultural Centre, which is part of the Notranjska Regional Park. He is responsible for film education programmes and a carefully curated general film programme. In programming, he seeks to give due prominence to European and independent films and expand their audience reach. He is active in the Slovenian Art Cinema Association. He was a member of the juries at the Karlovy Vari, Sarajevo, Miskolc and Portorož festivals.

Luka Vidic (Kino Radolca)
Landscape architect and photographer by profession, a cinephile since young age. Works as a multimedia designer for the Radovljica Public Institute for Tourism and Culture (Lihhart Hall Radovljica). In addition to designing, he is involved in devising and realizing the venue’s film programme based on art cinema. In selecting films through the eyes of a photographer, he focuses on observant camerawork and framing, and his insight as a landscape architect tells him that every good idea must have a story with a powerful message.

Michela Manente
Michela Manente, headmaster and film critic, is an Italian journalist involved in the field of education, specifically media education. She is a member of the National Union of Italian Film Critics and of FIPRESCI. She has collaborated with newspapers ("Messaggero di Sant'Antonio), websites ("Quarto potere") and film reviews magazines. She is a regular attendee of the main Italian and European Film Festivals and has recently been a jury member at the goEast Film Festival (Germany), El Gouna Film Festival (Egypt), Regard in Saguenay (Canada), Revine Lago, Reggio Calabria, Sulmona, Gaeta Film Festival (Italy).

Mihai Fulger
Mihai Fulger is a film critic, curator, and researcher based in Bucharest, working for the Institute of Art History of the Romanian Academy. He has been active as a film critic since 2002. He has been a member of the International Federation of Film Critics (FIPRESCI) since 2008 and the European Film Academy (EFA) since 2018. Since 2007, he has collaborated, mainly as a programmer, with various national and international film festivals. He served as a critics’ jury member at several major international film festivals (Belgrade, Berlin, Busan, Cluj-Napoca, Gijón, Karlovy Vary, Pula, Stockholm, Warsaw, etc.). He has been an editor of the quarterly magazine Film, published by the Romanian Filmmakers Union (UCIN), since the first issue in 2013. He collaborates with various Romanian and international print and online publications. He was awarded by the Film Critics’ Association within UCIN for his first film book (The "New Wave" of Romanian Cinema, 2006) and his writings on film (2020). Between 2012 and 2020, he worked for the Romanian National Film Archive (ANF), mainly as a director and programmer of the Romanian Cinematheque in Bucharest.

Živa Emeršič
Živa Emeršič is a journalist, film critic and editor of RTV Slovenia. For years she ran the award-winning radio show Let's go to the Cinema, she worked as a TV presenter and author of programmes on culture and cinema. She was editor of the Cultural Program, Documentary Program and editor-in-chief of Cultural and Arts Programmes of public broadcaster TV Slovenia. From 1999 to 2001 she worked as program director of Slovenian National Film Festival in Portorož. She is a a long-time member and vice-president of Ficipres from 1992 to 1996, and has participated in a number of international juries. From 2011 to 2013, she worked as foreign correspondent for TV Slovenia. Now she is independent film critic and a member of the RTV Slovenija and Slovenian Film Fond program commissions.
